Anastasiya Ivanovna, Hereditary Princess of Hesse-Homburg and Princess Trubetskaya (also Princess Anastasia of Hesse-Homburg) (Russian: Анастасия Трубецкая; 1700-1755 CE), was a Russian Imperial noblewoman, courtier, Princess of Moldavia and Landgravine of Hesse-Homburg. She was a favourite of Empress Elizabeth, for whom she was a lady-in-waiting, and was seen as an honorary member of the Imperial Russian family.
