Amenah "Mina" Flamiano Pangandaman (born December 25, 1977) is a Filipino economist who is currently serving as the 13th secretary of budget and management since 2022 under the administration of President Bongbong Marcos. She is the first Muslim woman budget secretary and remains the sole female member of President Marcos's economic team.
