Alan Richard Crowe (September 1939 - 17 June 2012) was an Ulster Unionist Party (UUP) politician who served as High Sheriff of Belfast from January 2001 to 2002, and a Belfast City Councillor for the Victoria DEA from 1997 until 2005.
