Ajay is a 2006 Indian Kannada-language action film directed by Meher Ramesh. A remake of the Telugu film Okkadu (2003), the film stars Puneeth Rajkumar, Anuradha Mehta (in her Kannada debut), and Prakash Raj (reprising his role from the original). The music was composed by Mani Sharma with cinematography by Vasu and editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh. The film released on 4 May 2006 and was a commercial success at the Box office.
