The 2021 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C was a football competition held in Brazil, equivalent to the third division. It began on 29 May and ended on 20 November 2021.
Twenty teams competed in the tournament, twelve returning from the 2020 season, four promoted from the 2020 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (4 de Julho, Ceará, Novorizontino and Mirassol) and four relegated from the 2020 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B (Botafogo-SP, Figueirense, Oeste and Paraná).
Joinville, São Bento, Mirassol and Tupi were promoted to the 2022 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B.
São Bento defeated Tupi 4–1 on aggregate in the finals to win their second title.
